Keto Snacks and Keto Food Shopping
Keto snacks take a little thought. When my wife and I first started Keto, it seemed like a pretty easy diet to stick to (to me, anyway). Here is the gist of it: eat fat and meat, don’t eat carbs or sugar. So, my mind went to pork skins and hot wings and bacon, and I was pretty krunk. But what gets weird is that you do wind up in ruts. I started KetoFoodOnline to help with that, and to help unravel some of the pain points I suffered through.
Keto Snacks Sweet
The first thing you might realize is that the sweet food is gone from your life. That’s a little tough. I mean, our bodies are programmed to love sweet food. I pretty quickly discovered Stevia – which is a lifesaver. Using this sweetener, I’m able to sweeten tea and coffee. You can even use it to make simple keto desserts! If you poke around online, you can find recipes for mousses, whipped cream treats and fat bombs. Pretty cool.
And don’t forget Quest keto bars (well, protein bars or whatever they call them). They are delicious and filling, and pretty keto friendly. Just don’t eat a box at one sitting.

Keto Foods at Walmart
Yes, there are keto friendly foods at Walmart. Of course there are – because your keto meals aren’t strange and unusual concoctions (well, they don’t have to be).
They can be as simple as eggs, baked chicken, sausage, pepperoni sticks, cold cuts, cheese, chicken wings, etc. All things you can get at Walmart. Heck, they even have Quest bars at Walmart. I’m only using Walmart as an example here because I’ve had people ask for a keto Walmart shopping list. That’s hard to give you without knowing your tastes. Personally, mine would look like this:
- Pork Skins
- Giant bag of chicken thighs
- Coconut oil
- Quest bars
- Hot sauce
- Ranch dressing
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Cream Cheese
- Nitrate Free Smoked Sausage
- Nitrate Free Bacon
- Deli Ham
- Deli Pepperoni
- Almonds, pecans and walnuts
- 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Bar
- G. Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
- Bone Broth
You get the drift. Maybe some diet soda of some kind. You can make some amazing keto snacks by combining the above. Have a steak and bacon. Have bacon and cheese. How about hot sauce bacon? Chicken thighs with bacon…hmmm…bacon.
Low Carb Prepackaged Keto Snacks
This is where my site will focus a lot. The reality is, you need snacks and food you can keep around the house and office, and grab when the mood strikes you. If it becomes hard to find keto food to fill you up, you might wind up cheating on your program. And that is no good! So, what kinds of prepackaged food can you find out there? I recommend getting stuff in bulk from Amazon. Use this site to get some ideas, and follow the links to stock up.
